I'm not a CEO. I think it was written somewhere, or someone (or some machine) misspoke. But no. I’m not a CEO.
DIGITALAX is not a company. There are no investors. No employees. No receptionists. No weekly standups. No Slack. No LinkedIn. No Zoom. No shareholder meetings about runway or runways.
DIGITALAX is a protocol. A body of code. It lives on-chain. It doesn’t need permission to keep running. The smart contracts handle that.
You fork it. You upgrade it. You break it. You rebuild it. You use it, or you don’t.
These Silicon Valley SAFE notes are completely irrelevant. How can a protocol with a CEO, a board, and investor “oversight” ever fully decentralize and scale?
You won’t. And more importantly, you can’t.
But they still want the founder myth. They want someone to blame. Or worship. Or DM. A friendly messiah in a hoodie.
This isn’t about exit strategies or keynote presentations. There’s no IPO waiting on the other side of this. No crescendo of funding rounds, as everything turns more and more ponzi.
DIGITALAX was never built to be a company. It was built to make the company obsolete. To let fashion—and identity—be protocol-native. Autonomous. On-chain.
Like any real protocol, it survives based on what it enables, not what it promises. Each token, each NFT, each interface— a new portal into use: to buy, sell, trade, and produce.
And yes, that’s meant me putting in 24-hour days, almost my entire 20s non-stop alone in front of a screen. Thinking. Coding. Refactoring. Designing. Burning through my own body. It cost me blood. And health.
But that state was always meant to be temporary. A brute force bridge through the cold start.
Now, the machines are learning too. Local models. Taught hands-on. Open-source. Forkable. For the indie designers in the shadows.
The protocol is the protocol. It lives with or without me. And that’s the entire point.

DIGITALAX + FASHION ON ETHEREUM
Since 2019, I've been building, full-time, factorial combinators of the principles of web3 that scale through greater use — self sovereignty, decentralisation and open access.
